Music at Sardis is an important component of worship, witness, praise, expression, communication, reaching and touching lives for Jesus Christ. The adult music ministry seeks to lift up the name of Jesus Christ, and He alone.

Sardis Baptist Church Adult Sanctuary Choir

Vision Statement: That GOD will reveal his awesome Majesty and Love through our music. We endeavor to create an atmosphere for complete worship through music during the Sunday morning worship service. Through music, we edify, glorify, and magnify an omnipotent, holy, and merciful God; lifting up the name of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

Mission Statement: It is our desire to lead both believers and non-believers into the presence of the Holy Spirit of God through praise and worship. The Sardis Adult Sanctuary Choir continues to work towards excellence as musicians while loving and caring for one another in our music ministry. We bring God’s message, the gospel of Jesus Christ from the Holy Bible, to the hearts of His people as we sing praises to Him.

Membership: The Adult Sanctuary Choir is part of the total ministry of Sardis Baptist Church, comprised of Christian people of all ages who enjoy singing personal praise and love the Lord. Membership into the choir is open to all men and women, high school age and up. Becoming a member signifies commitment to fulfilling the vision and mission statement. Auditions are not required. The Adult Sanctuary Choir rehearses each Wednesday at 7:30, after the evening Bible study. Come join us!
